Lokal Home is a hostel inspired by the traditional bahay kubo huts of the Philippines. Think of it as a large nipa hut — a kitschy provincial home with creature comforts, where the sea breeze does the work of air conditioning and bamboo details remind you that you’re somewhere special.
Our construction uses Labig leaves for the roof, keeping rooms naturally cool. Open-air design invites refreshing breezes from the nearby beach, just a 3-minute walk away. Hang out in our common area, grab a hammock, or head to the surf — the choice is yours.

Our open-air dormitory in a traditional kubo hut. Three bunk beds, natural Labig leaf roof, fan-cooled with sea breezes. The authentic Filipino hostel experience.
